Q: Is there a fee to change the date or time of my scheduled ride? A: No, but making a change to a scheduled ride is based on the drivers availability to do the ride at the new date or time. Q: Why do prices vary for rides from the same city? A: The quoted prices are based on the travel time. Some cities may have different price points based on the proximity of your destination Q: Can I request a specific driver? A: Yes, however booking with the requested driver would be based on their availability.
